📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:
The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
The product was purchased directly from West End Sports Cards
You provide valid proof of purchase
Please Note: Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, opened packs, individual cards, or tampered packaging are not eligible for return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or damaged trading card products
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Digital products or downloadable content
Gift cards and promotional bundles
Pre-order items once they’ve been shipped
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at ewestandcards@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team
Package the item securely and ship it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
💳 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Keep in mind:
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider
🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or not as described:
Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery
Include photos of the packaging and item
We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and issue severity
❌ Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement — unless it has already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us promptly at ewestandcards@gmail.com
