We’re committed to getting your trading cards to you quickly and securely. Below is our shipping policy for orders placed with West End Sports Cards.

🚚 Shipping Availability

We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

💸 Shipping Rates

All U.S. orders ship for FREE! No minimum purchase required. We cover shipping costs so you can focus on building your collection.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak times (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

📦 Packaging Details

Your cards are protected with:

Sleeves, top loaders, or team bags depending on card type
Bubble mailers or rigid boxes to prevent damage in transit
Tracking and insurance for high-value shipments

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow its journey on the carrier’s website.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived:

Email us at ewestandcards@gmail.com with your order number
We’ll look into the issue and resolve it (replacement, refund, or store credit)
